As of November 23rd 2020, SIVAM srl was officially registered in the chamber register of Innovative SMEs kept by the Ministry for Economic Development (MiSE), as the first Italian company to obtain this result for its codes of activity in the Oil & Gas sector.

Consequently, in the light of the provisions introduced by the 2020 Law of Stability, contractual relations with Sivam, favor access to tax credits in the order of 5% to 40% of the value of the goods or services supplied.

This result is in line with the previous acknowledgments obtained by Sivam in the Patent Box field by the Revenue Agency, in the research field with the signing of the agreement with the University of L’Aquila and in the patent field with the recognition of international patents.
