LESS reduces the hazard of exposure of personnel working in elevated operations and when working in H2S environments, LESS knocks down the hazard of the personnel’s exposure to H2S.

• Avoid any liquid spills and uncontrolled gas release into the atmosphere
• Recover all the fluids bled off from the lubricator during slick line, electric line and coil tubing operations
• Separate liquid and gas phases, the liquid is collected in dedicated storage tanks and can be pumped into the flow-line or back into the well at the end of the operations
• The gas goes through a scrubber which can neutralize H2S if present before being vented through a torch
• To perfom lubricator and or other equipment pressure tests
• To equalize the pressure across the SCSSV after inflow tests
• Make an inert environment to avoid explosive mixtures inside tanks
• To pump solvent into the well
• To pump small quantities of acid
